Refund & Cancellation apply to services that have not been rendered.

Pre-paid services that are canceled sixty (60) days or longer prior to the first day that the first class of the On-Site Workshop that you signed up for was to take place will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as received.

Pre-paid services that are canceled less than sixteen (60) days prior to the first day that the first class of the On-Site Workshop that you signed up for was to take place will receive a 75% refund due to prepaid obligations incurred by Channeled Readings, LLC. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as received.

Returns Policy. If the products you have ordered do not meet your satisfaction, you may click on the RMA Request Form for a return authorization explaining why you are not satisfied with your product. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the price of the item returned. This charge will be subtracted from the credit on your return. Product returned to Channeled Readings, LLC in the condition stated below within 7 days of receipt of the product and with preauthorization will be credited for the price of the product only, minus a restocking charge of 10%. Sale Item(s) are not returnable. Refunds will be credited in the same manner as received. The Talking Board, and speller in its original condition. Enclose a copy of your receipt for the purchase of your product(s). Enclose your return mailing address and phone number with a call back time. We cannot accept returns of damaged items, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. If you received your products through carriers ‘other than’ the USPS, please indicate how you received the items. Shipping charges are not refundable, and not considered as part of the 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Channeled Readings, LLC return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number. RMA numbers issued by Channeled Readings, LLC are good for 7 business days only. Product must be received by Channeled Readings, LLC within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued. Where a specific return period is applicable (see below), no returns will be accepted beyond that period. Return authorizations will not be granted after the stated return period has run. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Channeled Readings, LLC highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. Glendale, AZ 85310. All postal damage claims must be reported to Channeled Readings, LLC within 2 days of receipt of the package. Use the RMA Request Form to describe the damaged merchandise and packaging. Do not discard shipping carton or packaging until items have been inspected. In addition, you must provide Channeled Readings, LLC with your phone number, along with the time to reach you, in your correspondence. For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
